Every CPL shipment gets a tracking (AWB) number when it is booked. Use it on our Track Shipment page or share it with us on WhatsApp.
Tracking statuses explained
- Booked – shipment created
- Picked Up – collected from you
- In Transit – moving between facilities
- Hub – being sorted at a hub
- Customs – under customs review
- Cleared – released by customs
- Out for Delivery – with the delivery agent
- Delivered – handed to the recipient
